Today I ate samosa, 1 glass colddrink, in the evening around 530
then I came back from office and I ate few things in the evening, i could not do yoga few mins after eating.
i then went on to eat π₯ butter sandwiched in rice cake with honey in it.
then as it was around 8 o clock β°, it was more or less dinner time, i ate tasty stuffed dal paratha with tea.
hmmm so what do you think i am guilty or i feel guilty,
See ' Guilt gives nothing instead it gives π¬ stress, anxiety so what i did in the evening that I can not βοΈ (reverse) but I did this instead:
*I SAT IN VAJRASANA* for 10 mins and have have a little, i must sayi did- more than little too ease down my packed belly and channeled my energy to digest what i ate.
Has this happened to you too when circumstance make you to eat more and eat something that might be unhealthy too, it can happen to anybody
