Samarpan College of Pharmacy marked World Pharmacist Day on September 25, 2025, embracing the theme “Think Health Think Pharmacists” to honor the crucial role of pharmacists in building healthier communities and enhancing patient safety.
The program commenced with a welcome, lamp lighting, and a speech by Chairman Prof. (Dr.) R.S. Dubey emphasizing the profession’s societal contributions. The college organized two informative guest lectures featuring Prof. (Dr.) Gourav Kaithwas (BBAU, Lucknow) and Mr. Vijay Kumar (MKA Remedies Pvt Ltd), who shared insights on industry developments and motivated students. Students actively participated in various activities, including Poster, Oral, and Chart presentations, a Quiz Competition, and a skit, with prizes awarded to winners. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the national anthem.

We are very proud to share that Dr. Dipti Shukla, Principal SINPS, was a part of the the prestigious Forensic Fair held in Bali, Indonesia. Dr. Shukla addressed the attendees ( from across the globe) by presenting a paper on Child Abuse. She also conducted a workshop and provided hands-on training regarding handling forensic cases and dealing with sensitivity and creating a supportive environment for relatives of the patient.

This international event brought together distinguished speakers from 21 countries, making it a truly enriching experience filled with global perspectives, meaningful discussions, and professional collaboration.

Dr Dipti shared that - ‘It was an absolute honor to represent and advocate for women’s and children’s safety on an international stage.’

We are delighted to announce that Ms. Priyanka Patel, a meritorious student of the 2020 batch, MSc Nursing (Community Health Nursing), has been awarded the Gold Medal by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU) for securing the top position in her specialty.

Adding to the honor, the prestigious medal was conferred upon her by the Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Mrs. Anandiben Patel, during the university convocation ceremony.

At Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, we pay special emphasis on clinical postings. We ensure that our students get a chance to do their clinical postings in some of the leading medical institutes in Lucknow and learn from the best.

Clinical posting allow students to take the concepts and procedures they learned from textbooks and lectures and apply them directly to patient care. This hands-on experience solidifies their understanding and helps them see the real-world implications of their studies.

We are immensely proud to share that five esteemed faculty members :- 1. Dr. Dipti Shukla ma’am , 2. Ms. Manisha A. David, 3. Ms. Pragya Singh, 4. Ms. Pooja Devi and 5. Ms. Nalini Jaiswal, from Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences have been a part of a historic achievement—a world record recognized by Einstein World Records (UAE) for the Largest Synchronized Training Session conducted across India!

This milestone event, organized by the Association of Nurse Executives (India), focused on the crucial topic of “Preventing Medication Administration Errors” and was conducted simultaneously for three consecutive days—on April 10th, 11th, and 12th, 2025.

A total of 254 Nursing Trainers came together to train 15,718 registered nurses across the country in a synchronized manner on the same topic, same day, and at the same time, setting a new world record.

Our heartfelt congratulations to the five faculties of our college who played an integral role in this prestigious initiative. Their dedication, commitment to excellence, and contribution to improving nursing practices nationwide are truly commendable.

This remarkable achievement not only adds glory to our institution but also serves as an inspiration to all aspiring healthcare professionals.
