You have more calcium in your body than any other mineral. Calcium has many important jobs.
The body stores more than 99 percent of its calcium in the bones and teeth to help make and keep them strong. The rest is throughout the body in blood, muscle and the fluid between cells.
Your body needs calcium to help muscles and blood vessels contract and expand, to secrete hormones and enzymes and to send messages through the nervous system.

We think it's healthy to buy those tetra packs of juices but sadly that is not the truth. The packaged juice is not healthy when compared to freshly squeezed juice or fresh whole fruits.

Sometimes, packaged juices may not be very harmful but may also not be beneficial.

It's always better to have freshly prepared juice rather than packaged juice and consume fresh fruits over fresh juice.

Even the best quality juices available in the market are far from their original state.
