Healthcare workers!! Please take all precautions while working ur family is dependent on you.. You may have people who are immuno compromised..

Do's:
1.Wash ur hand in every 30 mins
2.Use hand scrub or sanitizer in every 1 hr
3.Sanitize ur house and car completely
4.While eating or drinking plz wash ur hand
5.Dont touch anyone
6.Sit keeping distance
7.Wear mask regularly

Healthworkers:
1.While u arrive home spray dettol on urself
2.Leave ur luggage at entrance for 8 hrs
3.Directly move to washroom wash ur hand and take bath use dettol too then touch anything
4.Take Vit C regularly
5.Take ginger, black pepper, honey, lemon
6.Wash ur hospital clothes same time u arrive home
7.Drink lot of fluids daily restrict sugar diet
