Last week I presented at the Maharashtra Stroke Summit 2026 — and one truth hit hardest:

When stroke strikes, you have 4.5 hours. Miss that window and it’s lifelong disability or death. Yet millions can’t afford treatment in time.
We laid out the roadmap:
✅ Stroke coverage under MJPJAY
✅ Stroke beds in rural hospitals
✅ Neuro teleconsultation via 108 ambulances
✅ Training frontline workers to spot stroke FAST

These aren’t statistics. They’re our parents, neighbours, patients. 🏥
