most of the males think after hysterectomy surgery is done to their partners they feel that women are not fit for s*x ... This is a myth ..
A Hysterectomy is a surgical procedure in which the uterus is removed. After this surgery, some changes can occur in a woman’s body. The most important change is that periods will stop permanently, and pregnancy is no longer possible.
Some women may experience hormonal changes, especially if the ovaries are also removed during the surgery. Because of this, symptoms like mood swings, hot flashes, sleep disturbances, or changes in energy levels may occur in some patients.
During the recovery period, proper rest, a healthy diet, light physical activity, and regular follow-up with the doctor are very important. Emotional support from family and awareness about the recovery process can also help women adjust better after surgery.
With the right medical care and lifestyle habits, most women recover well and continue to lead a healthy and normal life after hysterectomy.

Many pregnant women ask if they can eat Haleem during pregnancy.

Haleem is rich in protein because it contains meat, lentils, wheat, and healthy spices. These nutrients can support energy levels and muscle strength during pregnancy.

However, the key is moderation. Haleem is usually heavy, oily, and spicy, which may cause acidity or digestion problems if eaten in large amounts.

If it is freshly prepared, hygienic, and eaten in small portions, haleem can be enjoyed occasionally during pregnancy.

Always focus on balanced nutrition and consult your doctor if you have digestion issues or high BP during pregnancy.

A blighted o**m, also called an anembryonic pregnancy, happens when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterus but the embryo does not develop.

It is one of the common causes of early miscarriage.

In most cases, it occurs due to chromosomal abnormalities and is not caused by anything the mother did or did not do.

It can be emotionally difficult, but medically it is common and usually does not affect future pregnancy chances.

Proper medical guidance and emotional support are important during this time.

Many pregnant women are told not to step outside during an eclipse.
But is there any scientific evidence that an eclipse harms the baby?

There is no medical proof that a solar or lunar eclipse causes birth defects, miscarriage, or complications.

Most restrictions are based on cultural beliefs, not scientific facts.

If you feel anxious, stay indoors for your peace of mind, but understand the difference between myth and medicine.

Always trust science over fear.

Feeling your baby move when you gently touch your tummy is one of the most beautiful moments in pregnancy.

As your baby grows, movements become stronger and more noticeable, especially in the second and third trimester.

Talking, touching, and bonding with your baby can increase your awareness of these movements.

However, if you notice a sudden decrease or no movements, do not ignore it, consult your doctor immediately.

Mother–baby bonding begins even before birth.

Can you eat fried chicken during pregnancy?
Occasional consumption is generally safe if it is freshly prepared and hygienic.
However, frequent intake of deep-fried food can increase the risk of excess weight gain, acidity, gestational diabetes, and high blood pressure.
The key is moderation, quality, and portion control.
Healthy pregnancy is about balance, not extreme restrictions.

Can you take hormonal injections while fasting?
In most cases, injectable medications do not break a fast because they are not taken orally.
However, the decision depends on the type of injection, your medical condition, and the reason for fasting.
If you are undergoing fertility treatment or hormonal therapy, do not skip or delay injections without medical advice.
Always discuss with your doctor before making changes during fasting.

IVF and ICSI are both fertility treatments, but they are not the same.

The right treatment depends on the couple’s medical condition, not trends or assumptions.
A proper fertility evaluation is essential before deciding.

Vaginal farting, also called queefing, is a common and completely normal occurrence.
It happens when air gets trapped inside the va**na and is released, especially during exercise, yoga, or in*******se.
It is not related to digestion and does not have an odor.
In most cases, it is harmless and does not require treatment.
If it is associated with pain, discharge, or leakage, consult a gynecologist for evaluation.
