40 years old female presented to me with AKI, Obstructive uropathy, Anuria, b/l Ureteric Calculi in 2023. She underwent b/l DJ stenting following which she was stable and discharged. Neglected even after repeated explanation for further management. After 2 years she went to a local doctor for further management. Left Dj stent removal was tried. Stent was broken due to severe encrustations. Again came back to me for further management. Encrustations removed bilateral dj stents removed and new stents placed due to severe mucosal edema and bleeding in both collecting systems.
Plan : URSL/RIRS after 4-6 weeks.

Happy to inform that a young girl with mullerian anomaly with CKD, presented with ectopic insertion of bilateral ureters, left ureter opening into left utero-vaginal junction, underwent laparoscopic Ureteric re-implantation at SPSKC. Patient is doing well now with improved renal parameters. Recent s. Creat 1.5 mg/dl. Thanks to dr. Prashanth Nadibewur sir and SPSKC team for the success.

A case of pyonephrosis with VUJ stricture and thinned out renal parenchyma and T2DM. Drained almost 1.5-2litres of frank pus drained from kidney during PCN insertion.

What an interesting case to end with, the year 2023. Interesting case of huge submucosal fibroid uterus resected (hysteroscopic myomectomy) at Sri Padmavathi Srinivasa Multispeciality hospital, Guntakal on 31st December 2023.

Interesting case of PUJ obstruction in a patient with cross fused renal ectopia, patient underwent pyeloplasty at SPSKC. Left kidney was in right iliac fossa and the upper pole of this kidney was fused with lower pole of right kidney. X-ray KUB shows the DJ stent position and that's the path of ureter crossing midline. Thanking dr. Prashanth sir (anaesthesia) and all the OT staff and assistants for the success.

First "Laparoscopic modified Anderson Hyne's dismembered pyeloplasty" successfully done at SPSKC last week. Cause of PUJO was crossing accessory renal artery which is seen in the video. Patient is doing well.
