My background as a professional dancer, singer, performer and choreographer inspired me to start zumba classes.

S.A.S Prince Albert II ,Monaco was present at my first class. 30 years ago a friend asked me to join her for a yoga class, and that changed my life!

I learned Vinyasa & Yin Yoga in the USA and when I came back home to the South of France I couldn’t find any studio who proposed this and then I heard a voice within me saying: it’s YOU who are chosen to open a studio and teach it! And so I did it, with no hesitation and it worked incredibly well 🙏

Viparita Karani is the asana that gives me a sense of infinity. My mission is to uplift people and bring sunshine into everybody’s life. I believe in transformation and healing through joy and movement. My philosophy is that “everyone can shine

My name is Jose Antonio, I am originally from Mexico, lived in Spain and now I live in Paris, after a short dance career and having gone through veterinary school, I worked 22 years in front of restaurants, until I devoted myself entirely to yoga, work In Bikram paris yoga and I give collective and private vinyasa courses, I love to travel and participate in yoga competitions, a magical world where I share experiences with very good friends. I am starting a process to train people and participants to competitions. Yoga will be the doors of the whole world.
Due to an excess of work and the stress of our modern life I began to practice Vinyasa yoga that my partner practiced and thanks to that I started and then I met the bikram method and it was an excellent reunion with me at that precise moment and with my past too, what that did not go through my mind at that moment was the future, now I only live thanks to yoga.
Soon I realized the help that yoga brought to my life and my rapid progression inspired me to share my experiences with others, people approached me to ask me for advice to advance their practice and at that moment I knew that I wanted to share that energy with others and not just save it for me.
Nataraja or dancer pose, why does it take me to my past time where I dance classical ballet, the strength during my life and the obstacles that I pass, besides feeling that my whole body opens in all directions, while still being in contact with the earth and the sky.Jose Antonio Beristain Gomez

I started my training with kung fu, and went on to explore various styles of dance like contemporary, jazz, hip hop, ballet and capoeira. With a degree in dance I traveled to India to discover my Indian roots and my spiritual being was discovered. I trained in Indian martial arts, kalari and traditional Indian dance. I have been a professional dancer for 10 years touring internationally to the far east and Europe. In 2008 i gave up my life as a professional dancer and took my Yoga teacher training to transform my life and to help others to do the same. My mother is a Yoga teacher so I was born into the path training as a dancer I recognised that yoga provided so much more on many levels and since I’m embraced the yoga path I haven’t looked back.

Yoga heals me and I honour it as a healing path, when I teach or hold space for people i learn a lot about myself and also can heal myself in the process with the wisdom I can share. I become a channel and when I do that magic can happen. People feel that and feedback to me and that gives me courage to keep sharing

Chakrasana wheel pose I feel so liberated and alive when I practise it and it opens up my heart and brings me to place where I can see the world with a new perspective

I was born in Costa Rica, a country located on the other side of the world from India. It was actually a friend from California who spoke about India for the first time sharing his magical time meditating with Osho in Puna. So there we went and India opened herself up to me . I was so happy to finally understand why I never felt at home in my country: this was my true home.Since 2002, I have traveled to India 22 times from Costa Rica and the last trip was last year and I finally decided to stay. Life has a way of guiding us towards our destiny though some of us are stubborn and won't listen easily.

I held a yoga school from 2003 until last year in San josé, my hometown. I also travel through the world sharing what my Guru Sharath Jois has so generously shared with me. Yoga was born in India and here is where we can truly understand the method because there is a vibration all around us that helps us break our western mental patterns which are full of greed, impatience, righteousness and entitlement.

I was appointed ambassador of Costa Rica to India 2017-2018. Finally I understood the deeper meaning of my three masters degrees. They were useful to bring me to this wonderful country.
Yoga is equanimity and santosha, which means a yogi is always fine, no matter what happens on the outside. Yoga is stability of mind and it has taken me many years to understand its not only about the postures but about how the postures affect our mind and nervous system and how the breath opens the energy channels in our whole system so we can perceive life from a new perspective.

The Cosmic Dancer, the metaphor of our lives. Principles of earth and sky; mind and heart; body and spirit. The dance between our incarnation, walking this earth barefoot and aspiring to know our true essence. To remember we are not the dancer, yet the music moves us in the paradox of destiny and free will. This is definitely my favorite posture of all up till today- the love for yoga in this form of bones, skin, water and air. Breath guides us to dance with no expectations and open wholeheartedly to the bliss of being alive. Natarajasana is sublime serenity.

I am Gilbert Langner and I am a yoga teacher living in Berlin now.

I used to be a derivatives trader for 25 years, trading options and futures, and sitting in front of a computer all day. I am originally from Germany, but have lived abroad for the last 23 years, 16 of them in Hong Kong.

I never did any sports in my childhood, youth or as an adult. But in March 2015, so a little bit more than 4 years ago, I started to practice yoga daily at the age of 47. I chose yoga, or maybe yoga chose me, not because it was easy, but because it was hard and challenging for me. I am very tall, 1.9 m and have very long arms and legs which makes the physical exercise part of yoga even more challenging. But despite these obstacles I have advanced a lot, it still surprises me that I can do splits and handstand at the age of 51. I realised that the best way to meditate for me was actually while I practice yoga, the more challenging the asanas are the better I can switch off my brain from overthinking.

Originally I took yoga teacher training courses, not because I wanted to become a teacher, but because I wanted to practice yoga by myself without the need of a yoga teacher. After only one and a half years of practice, many people started to think I am a yoga teacher and almost everyone thought that I have been practicing for ten years or more.Whenever I helped people in their practice or gave them tips and advice, almost everyone encouraged me to teach yoga. I started to realise that my path was unique in the yoga teaching world.

Handstand, it is the most challenging asana for me as I am very tall and have long arms and legs.Handstand shows that even the most difficult and challenging asana can be achieved if you are dedicated.
