KMC Nava Chaitanya KMC Nava Chaitanya, is a Community Health Center for the senior citizens of Mangalore, where they get together for mobility exercises and Yoga.

KMC Nava Chaitanya is a community health center for senior citizens, where they gather for daily exercises and Yoga daily. Every month, they also have a full health check up at the center, conducted by the various medical departments at KMC Hospital. Here, senior citizens have an opportunity to socialize with each other and thus feel they are a part of the community and do not feel alone.
