Cervical spondylitis from MANY yrs.

X-ray show facet arthropathy at C5-6,C6-7 level
Pain and stiffness on right side of neck

आज कल कई patient knee pain की वजह से toal knee replace (T K R) कराते हैं लेकिन कभी कभी उनका knee का दर्द कम नहीं होता वो वैसा का वैसा बना रहता है जैसा ऑपरेशन से पहले था ।

इस condition में patient लाचार हो जाता है की अब क्या करें ।

मेरी इस post में उसी के बारे में एक जानकारी share करना चाहता हूँ की अब इस तरह के patient को चिंता करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है ।

क्योंकि हम हमारे सेंटर पे इस तरह के patient का सफलता पूर्वक इलाज करते है जिसमे radio frequency ablation के द्वारा patine के दर्द को खत्म या काफ़ी कम किया जा सकता है।

इसमें knee से pain लेकर जाने वाली genicular nerve को block कर दिया जाता है जिससे patient के दर्द में काफ़ी कमी आ जाती है ।

BACK PAIN

क्या किसी का 9 साल पुराना कमर का दर्द साथ ही पैरों में झनझनाहट बिना ऑपरेशन के ख़त्म हो सकता है।

जी हाँ

एक ऐसी ही हमारी patient है जिनको पिछले 9 साल से लगातार कमर दर्द बना हुआ था साथ ही पैरों में झनझनाहट की भी समस्या थी ।
सभी तरह कि दवाई और physiotherapy लेने के बाद भी वो ठीक नहीं हो रही थी । हमसे मिलने से पहले ऑपरेशन ही अंतिम विकल्प बचा था ।किंतु osteoporosis एवम अधिक उम्र होने की वजह से वह ऑपरेशन नहीं करवाना चाहती थी ।

हमने patient की कमर का इलाज injection therapy [RF ABLATION] के द्वारा किया ।
single sitting में ही patient को काफ़ी आराम मिल गया साथ ही उनका कमर का दर्द और पैरों कि झुनझुनाहट भी ख़त्म हो गयी ।

BACK PAIN

कमर दर्द (low back pain) और पैरों में झुनझुनी (tingling) एक सामान्य बीमारी है परंतु इसका इलाज काफ़ी मुश्किल है।
साथ ही काफ़ी सारी medicine लेने और pysio करवाने के बाद भी इस बीमारी से राहत नहीं मिलती ।
साथ ही operation से भी केवल कुछ ही patient को फ़ायदा मिलता है।
ऐसे में क्या किया जाये???????

अब sciatica के दर्द में बिना opration राहत पाने का आसान तरीका

patient विमला देवी उम्र 65 वर्ष जिनको कुछ सालों से गठिया (rehumatoid) की बीमारी थी । इस गठिया की वजह से उनको कमर में लगातार दर्द बना रहता था साथ में left पैर में तरंग चलती थी

कमर की MRI के बाद पता चला की विमला देवी को
स्लिप disc की problam है जिसकी वजह से नसो में दवाब है साथ ही कमर के जोड़ में भी arthritis हो गया है।

नसों में दवाब ज़्यादा होने की वजह से कई doctors नें उनकों operation की सलाह दी परंतु विमला देवी इस उम्र में spine का operation नहीं करवाना चाहती थी ।

फिर उन्हें हमने एक latest pain therapy RF Ablation के बारे में बताया जिसमे दर्द की नसों को स्पेशल technique के द्वारा बर्न कर दिया जाता है एवम साथ ही block nerve को open करके दवाब हटा दिया जाता है ।

इस procedure में किसी तरह की कोई चीर फाड़ नहीं होती इसलिये patient को कुछ देर बाद ही hospital से discharge कर दिया जाता है ।

क्या आप घुटने के दर्द से परेशान है और आपको knee replacement के लिये advice किया गया है लेकिन आप knee replacement नहीं कराना चाहते तो फिर आपका घुटने का दर्द कम कैसे होगा ।

इसके लिए medical science में एक नया तरीका आया है जिसमे घुटने कि दर्द की नसों को बिना चीर फाड़ के block कर दिया जाता है।

इस प्रोसीजर में radiofrequency ablation द्वारा knee की genicular nerve जो की दर्द के एहसास को ले जाती हैं को block कर दिया जाता है ।

This case study is of a patient having peculiar pain in right hip joint. He’s been suffering from AVN of hip joint.

We adviced him to undergo hip replacement . On the contrary, He disagreed upon this as his being HIV positive and medically misfit.
