Performing a exterperative surgery in a locally advanced high risk prostate cancer is a surgical challenge. Performing radical prostatectomy in such patient is satisfying. Laproscopic R.P was difficult in such but allows to assess the disease. Completed open R.P. pt discharged wit good postoperative voiding.
