The constant discomfort of back pain affects the normal quality of life and throws it out of gear. It becomes difficult to concentrate on work – or anything else for that matter— and recurring pain can lead to increased absenteeism as well. At a point, even routine daily activities turn cumbersome. The lower back is the most afflicted, with the pain either being a shooting, stabbing, throbbing one or settling in as a persistent dull ache. Be it mild or acute, if neglected, can soon aggravate into a chronic and even crippling one. The strain can leave the sufferer bed-ridden or escalate into serious conditions like slip disc. Ignore the ‘mildly irritant' but lingering back pain at your own peril! It is best to consult an orthopedic doctor for a proper professional assessment and diagnosis with X-ray, MRI and other tests.

Dedication towards Srila Prabhupada and his devotee care
This was in 1970's: How our Dear H.H.Bakthi Charu Swami Maharaj joined Iskcon when was living in Kolkata. He comes from a royal family where at the age of 14 he had his own servants. Somehow came in touch with Srila Prabhupada's books and got very interested to meet Srila Prabhupada. then Maharaj came to see Srila Prabhupada in Mayapur, got his blessings and decided to remain and join Iskcon, but later he found it very difficult to stay because of the austerity of Iskcon on those days. So Maharaj went back home to his normal lifestyle ....when H.H.Jayapataka Maharaj got to know about this, wanted H.H.Bhakthi Charu Swami to rejoin Iskcon, so he used to travel twice or Three times a week cycling 60 kilometers just to see Bhakti Charu Maharaj!!!

Isso foi na década de 1970, como nosso amado SS Bhakti Charu Swami Maharaj entrou em Iskcon quando estava morando em Kolkata. Ele vem de uma família real onde aos 14 anos tinha seus próprios servos. De alguma forma, entrou em contato com os livros de Srila Prabhupada e ficou muito interessado em conhecer Srila Prabhupada. Então, Maharaj veio ver Srila Prabhupada em Mayapur, obteve suas bênçãos e decidiu permanecer em Iskcon, mas mais tarde ele achou muito difícil permanecer por causa da austeridade de Iskcon naqueles dias. Então, Maharaj voltou para casa para seu estilo de vida normal ... quando SS Jayapataka Maharaj chegou a saber sobre isto, quis HHBhakthi Charu Swami voltasse para Iskcon, então costumava viajar duas vezes ou três vezes por semana, de bicileta, 60 quilômetros, apenas para ver Bhakti Charu Maharaj !!!
