Curry leaves are the foliage of the curry tree (Murraya koenigii). This tree is native to India, and its leaves are used for both medicinal and culinary applications.

Consuming curry leaves may benefit heart health by reducing heart disease risk factors, such as high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. However, more research is needed.

There are many other benefits seen for cancer, for blood sugar control, for pain relief and anti bacterial effect.

New morning routine 🙌🏻

Overnight soaked flaxseeds !! I have posted about benefits of flaxseeds for your skin, hair and it has healthy fats like Omega 3 which reduce inflammation, pain and have lots of benefits.

Note- never have raw flaxseeds as it can’t be digested so easily. You can roast it or soak it for 2 hours or more.

My Opinion - How can 70% Refined wheat flour (maida) can be Wheat Goodness ?

Maida is just calories and glucose and nooo nutrients and when you eat this toast, it can lead to instant glucose spikes.

There is a huge difference between whole wheat, which is the *healthier version* !!

Consumers need to be more aware before buying any product which doesn’t give complete information and misleads facts.

Pineapples are the only known food source of bromelain, a combination of enzymes that digest protein. 😋

Bromelain, the digestive enzyme in pineapple, has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. This helps when you have an infection, like sinusitis, or an injury, like a sprain or burn. It also offsets the joint pain of osteoarthritis. The vitamin C in pineapple juice also keeps inflammation levels low.

On 1st January - Full of high motivation and expectations for this year ! Head full of dreams and plans.

15th January - Lost tracks as well as motivation!!

So basically I have learnt a lesson that motivation will keep on going, we have to keep on pushing us for the best !! And not to wait for next new year to make plans and change🙌🏻 Every day is a fresh day to start ❤️
