During the time when we need our breath and daily exercise regimen the most,it can be the first thing to get scratched off the list while nurturing our new baby.So,we have designed a class for the new mums with their lil bums just by their side.First we take some time for ourselves,then some movements for the lil bums to help their digestion,sleep and healthy growth.And we also exercise while we take our babies out for a stroll in the park....Yes,you heard it right..thats the STROLLER YOGA!!!Sounds interesting!!
