Staying active and healthy allows you to do daily activities that require a certain level of physical fitness in your day to day life.

For e.g Going for a Hike or Walking around in the Mall with family, Climbing Staircase or even playing with your kids in the park requires certain level of physical fitness.
But it can be challenging for those who neglect physical activity for extended periods of time.

Hence the Primary purpose of your Training should be focused on improving your day to day activities.Instead of focusing only on weight loss or weight gain, One should even focus on gaining Muscular Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance, Core Stability & Balance, Mobility and Flexibility.
Basically working on your movement patterns which makes your Regular Activity
Easy and Pain free.

if you’re hitting the big 3-0 and beyond, listen up! There’s some important stuff you should know about staying healthy and feeling your best as you age.

First off, let’s talk about MUSCLE MASS. You might not realize it, but as we get older, we naturally start to lose muscle mass. It’s like our bodies are saying, “Hey, we don’t need all this muscle anymore!” But here’s the kicker: losing muscle can actually lead to things like BRAIN FOG and FEELING TIRED all the time. It’s like our bodies are running on low battery mode

And speaking of feeling tired, when we have less muscle, we tend to MOVE AROUND LESS. It’s like a vicious cycle - less muscle leads to less energy for movement, which leads to more body fat creeping in. And let’s be real, nobody wants that extra body fat hanging around.

But here’s where things get really interesting. That extra body fat can mess with our heads too. It can make us feel ANXIOUS and even lead to negative thoughts. It’s like our bodies and minds are in cahoots, teaming up to bring us down.

And as if that wasn’t enough, all this can kick off a chain reaction of inflammatory markers in our bodies. Think of it like little alarms going off, signaling that something’s not quite right. This inflammation can lead to all sorts of trouble, like insulin resistance (that’s when our bodies have trouble using insulin properly), hyperglycemia (aka high blood sugar), and even hypertension (high blood pressure).

But FEAR NOT! There’s good news in all of this. By making a conscious effort to move more as we age, we can break this cycle and start feeling better. And I’m not just talking about going for a leisurely stroll (though that’s great too!). I’m talking about getting those muscles working with some resistance training. Think lifting weights, doing bodyweight exercises, or even using resistance bands. It’s like giving our bodies a tune-up, keeping everything running smoothly.

So, if you’re 30 or older, remember this: staying active isn’t just about looking good (though that’s a nice bonus!).

It’s about feeling good, both physically and mentally. So let’s get out there, move those muscles, and show aging who’s boss! 💪🧠
