Healthy Oats Pancakes 🥬🥕

Ingredients :
1 cup thin and finely chopped Cabbage
1 cup grated Carrots
Half cup finely chopped spring onion
1 cup roasted oats
Half tbsp grated Ginger
Salt as per taste

Mix the ingredients to make a batter. Brush the stove with Sesame oil and cook till golden brown.

Drizzle with siracha mayo , soy sauce, sesame seeds and spring onions and enjoy!

✨Orange - Oat/Almond Milk Frozen Bites ✨

(Makes 10-15 frozen bites)

Ingredients :
🔸 Orange juice
🔸 Almond or oat milk
🔸 Honey as per taste
🔸 Cocoa powder

Method :
🔹 Mix the ingredients in a blender
🔹 Pour it in any mold
🔹 Serve with fresh fruits or gelato or chocolate shavings

Keto friendly crunchy seed crackers ✨

Ingredients :

🔸Half crushed flax seeds
🔸Sunflower seeds
🔸Pumpkin seeds
🔸Chia seeds
🔸 Seasoning of your choice

Directions :

🔸Pour hot water on one cup of mixed seeds and let it soak for 30 minutes

🔸Grease the baking tray with olive oil and spread the mix evenly

🔸Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degree celsius

🔸Let it cool and have it with homemade dips of your choice
