21 year old female reported to MD DENTAL, Juhu after a traumatic fall from a staircase. Patient reported in 10mins to the clinic. The tooth was gently washed with saline and immediately placed into the socket under local anesthesia. Splints were placed both buccally and palatally. Patient kept under observation for further treatment i.e. endodontic therapy if required. Prescribed antibiotics and analgesics. Recalled after 24 hrs for a review.
