I’m an Ayurvedic consultant, but here are my few opinions 👇
• I don’t support self-medicating with Ayurvedic herbs. Natural doesn’t always mean harmless.
• I’m not motivated every single day — discipline is what keeps me consistent.
• I enjoy eating outside food sometimes, completely guilt-free.
• I don’t believe yoga has to “fix” everything in life — but it should definitely be part of it along with Strength training.
• Homemade rice with Aamraas ? Maybe unpopular, but I absolutely love it.
• Yes, I eat carbs. The key is balance — protein, fats, and micronutrients matter too.
🌻Ayurveda isn’t about perfection.

✨It’s about awareness, balance, and sustainability.

♨️Your health routine should support your life — not restrict it.

🚨 Wednesday Warning #1: Wellness or Just Expensive Marketing?
Not everything sold as “wellness” is actually new science.
Sometimes it’s just basic biology with fancy packaging and a big price tag.
⚡ 1. Fancy Electrolyte Drinks
Electrolytes are simply minerals that help regulate fluid balance and muscle function.
But many trendy electrolyte mixes today contain:
• Artificial colors
• Preservatives
• Acid regulators
• Flavor enhancers
…and are sold as “energy boosters” or “recovery formulas.”
But for most people, basic hydration can be achieved with something much simpler:💧 Water + lemon + a pinch of salt + a little sugar
Which is very similar to the principle used in oral rehydration solutions.
Sometimes the simple version works just as well for everyday hydration.
☀️ 2. Red Light Therapy Panels
Red light therapy devices are marketed for:
• recovery
• skin health
• energy
• inflammation
But here’s something interesting:
☀️ Sunlight already contains these wavelengths naturally.
That means regular exposure to natural daylight already provides a broad spectrum of light that the body evolved with.
Panels can be useful in specific medical or controlled settings, but for everyday wellness, natural sunlight is free and accessible.
🌿 3. Grounding Mats
Grounding or “earthing” mats are sold as tools to: • reduce stress
• improve sleep
• balance the body
The concept behind them is that direct contact with the earth can influence the body’s electrical environment.
But the original version of this practice is very simple:
👣 Walking barefoot on natural surfaces
Different surfaces stimulate the nerves in your feet differently:
• Grass → soft stimulation
• Sand → pressure & muscle activation
• Soil/mud → cooling sensory input
Your feet have thousands of nerve endings connected to the nervous system, and natural surfaces can provide sensory input that many people find relaxing.
So again…
Nature already offers the free version.
⚠️ The Real “Wednesday Warning”
Wellness is amazing.
But sometimes marketing repackages simple natural habits into expensive products.

✔️ Starting a diet for blood sugar management? You don't have to cut out rice entirely! Choose the right type and cook it well.
✔️ Old rice and low-GI varieties are nutritious and easy to digest.
✔️ Pair rice with fiber, protein, and veggies to manage blood glucose levels.

🥣 “Many think rice is a no-go for diabetes, but that's not entirely true. Ayurveda categorizes rice into new and old rice.

👉 New rice is freshly harvested, higher in moisture, and harder to digest, potentially raising blood sugar levels.

👉 Old rice, or purana chawal, is lighter, easier to digest, and suitable for people with diabetes.

✨ Takeaway: Rice can be part of a balanced diabetic diet if you choose older rice or low-glycemic varieties.

The Average person ✨

28/02/2026

Our body has to process everything we consume — even water. Too little can lead to dehydration, fatigue, and imbalance. Too much can disturb your body’s natural chemistry and may even trigger acidity or discomfort.
The key is simple: optimal intake.
Not excess. Not deficiency. Just what your body truly needs.
Because wellness isn’t about extremes — it’s about balance.

Everything you need to know about Chyawanprash – Part 1 🌿
1️⃣ Some brands add preservatives in Chyawanprash – which is NOT required in a properly prepared formula. Always read the label before you buy.
2️⃣ “No sugar”, “Sugar-free” or “Jaggery Chyawanprash”? 🚫 Don’t fall for it. Authentic Ayurvedic formulation uses rock sugar (mishri) — it has its own medicinal role.
3️⃣ Claiming Suvarna Bhasma (gold nanoparticles)? ✨ Not needed. Chyawanprash itself is a complete, balanced Ayurvedic formulation. No gold, silver, or metal nanoparticles required.
Choose wisely. Don’t fall for marketing gimmicks.
For authentic knowledge, consult your Vaidhya (Ayurvedic physician) and buy from trusted sources. 🌱

✨️it’s not compulsory — it depends on your hunger signals and your Prakriti (body constitution).
🌯Some people genuinely wake up hungry.
Some don’t.and both can be completely normal.
In this post, I’ve explained:
✨ The different Prakriti types
✨ What kind of breakfast suits each type
✨ General guidelines to follow
✨ And the concept of Rasayan Kala — the rejuvenation window
🕛After 8–9 hours of overnight fasting, whatever you consume first is absorbed deeply. ⚕️That’s why Rasayan (rejuvenation therapy) medicines are taken on an empty stomach — the first thing your body digests has the strongest impact on healing,anti- ageing, memory, skin, eyes, and even mental clarity.
👩‍⚕️When you understand your Prakriti and follow the right routine consistently for 3 months, you may notice:
✔️ Better eye health
✔️ Improved memory
✔️ Reduced brain fog
✔️ Healthier skin
✔️ Anti-ageing benefits
✔️ Reduced anxiety symptoms
✔️ Overall body strength
🔑The key is correct analysis first.
🍁We’ve formalized a simple Prakriti assessment pattern to make it easy and practical.
📲Comment below “PRAKRITI” and let’s start the discussion.
❤️It’s simpler than you think — but powerful when done right.

CSIR scientists filed a patent on cow’s urine distillate in the US patent office.
👉 That does NOT mean “America has patented cow’s urine or claiming it as a medicine.”
A patent only protects research innovation, not medical proof.
Clinical evidence, trials, and approvals are completely different processes.
14 Indian scientists worked hard on this research.
Spreading half-baked information on social media is unfair to their scientific effort and also misleads the public.
Even doctors and influencers must read the research and news carefully before posting.
In the age of reels and viral content, responsibility matters more than virality.
Let’s respect science, researchers, and facts.
