of the day. While people have their interpretations of
the right time to have dinner - many do not eat after
7 pm, and some regularly dine well into the evening.
But which group is right?

According to experts, neither.

🍽️Nutritionists say there is no ideal time to eat your last
meal of the day. However, what is more important is
what and how you are eating versus when you eat it.
Why is timing not important?

🍽️According to experts, determining the ideal time to
have dinner varies because personal preferences,
cultural norms, lifestyle factors, and individual health
considerations come heavily into play.

A few of them are:
Your day's plan
Your body's needs
Family requirements
Weight loss goals

Ways to make dinnertime work for you
You must practice mindfulness with food as a useful
strategy when determining the best time to eat dinner
or any meal. This involves~

Knowing how to tell when you are truly hungry
Eating an appropriate portion
Being able to stop eating when you are full

Experts believe 7 pm is a common reasoning-based
time to eat dinner, based on several factors, which
