1) Warm 2 glasses of Water with lime to begin your day with

2) Replace the afternoon tea with green tea

3) Breakfast - green row juice of any vegetable

4)Moderate exercise of any form or Walk 30 min

5) have vegetables in both meals in good quantities.

6) drink 2-3 litters water

7) add turmeric to warm water and drink before sleeping
