*Management of calcified Central incisor*

Patient was referred to microscope centre due to inability to find the calcified canal and two perforations in maxillary central incisor.

Patient was scheduled to treat under Microscope to find the canal and Seal perforation with MTA .

After anaesthesia and rubber dam isolation canal was explored with Ultrasonic tips to find the canal or***ce lingual to Perforation spots .
Canal was negotiated and clean shaped packed. .

Perforation sealed with MTA. Moist cotton placed and Temporary restoration done and patient referred back to referring clinic .

Instrument retrieval case

Patient was referred to the microscope center for removal of separated full length instrument inside the distobuccal canal of maxillary first molar .

Instrument was retrieved under microsocope and with help of ultrasonics
case was completed and referre back to the referring clinic for further treatment.
