WHY SHOULD WE NOT GOSSIP OR TALK ILL OF OTHERS.

We knowingly or unknowingly speak ill of other or gossip about others when we observe some weakness in them... Right!!! But speaking ill itself is weakness which you need to observe within yourself. This quality is equal in men and women, so please don't point towards anyone. Everyone is conditioned with different kind of samskaras depending on the situation he/she has gone through or he is brought up with or he has put himself into the situation by his own choice. Everyone has weaknesses and strengths, that doesn't mean that THAT DIVINE in him has left him. God does not judge anyone, than why do you? Can't your God within recognise the same God within him/her? You need to think about this seriously.

Speaking ill is to punish your own self with some kind of unhappiness due to your judgemental quality. You simply need to observe, learn and move ahead without getting involved in his/her life. But when you get involved in gossiping, blaming, judging, criticising, trying to put someone down with your (personal knowledge) conditioning, you too become part of his karma, and I am sure that you don't want to suffer someone else's karma. Until you don't realise your imperfections, you will not learn to see other's perfection. Therefore, before trying to find faults or imperfections in others, speaking ill of them and gossiping about someone else's life situation, try to observe your own mental and physical acts (karmas). Simply 'BE the OBSERVER', don't judge, don't compare, don't criticise, don't blame and help yourSELF to dissolve your own Karmas. And please don't build extra unnecessary Karmas by getting involved in others karmas. ~ Sri Satishji
