Today there are various forms of yoga being taught all over the world .The mother of all these forms is the traditional way of yoga. A little like Latin and Sanskrit being mother of many many languages spoken in India and aorund the world. Brings balance into life . It helps oneself to relax completely. Refreshes the mind and body and always keep one ready for any challenges that come ur way in a calm and quiet manner.

What is the yoga protocol?

Yoga protocol is a set of yoga practices for all age groups curated by expert yoga teachers and promoted by the GOI. Every year for the International Day of yoga the practices mentioned in the yoga protocol are practice by millions all over the country and the world. This month we have decided to go deeper into the anatomical and the physiological nuances of the yoga protocol, and we have decided to dedicate the entire month towards the refining of this yoga protocol which the students may practice daily throughout the year to maintain an optimum and robust physical and mental health.

A 3-Day Akash Darshan Weekend Retreat, from 16th to 18th February, 2024, is a great way to take a pause from your regular routine. It's an experiential retreat, where you will immerse in the green natural surroundings, by the Indrayani River, Practice Yoga in the morning, Star-Gazing in the night with many other activities for fun and relaxation. Lots of sunlight, delicious food, and lovely company. The retreat venue is Anand Kunj, Lonavala, within 2 hours drive from Mumbai and 1.5 hr from Pune city. Yoga is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners. Golden Earth - Journeys in Yoga has a collaboration with wonderful, experienced facilitators for each of their retreats is one of them joining us on this retreat.
