Our intent as Fitness Messengers is to show you that "Being fit" is essential and anyone can do it. We do not want to emphasize that how our sedentary lifestyle and work commitments has done not so good to our healthy. Our approach is quite straightforward : Exercise -Eat right- Add Nutrition to your meal- Keep a check on your progress...Repeat. To enable it we suggest you a not -so- difficult meal plan, the basis of which would be to have healthy food at right time and help you exercise either with me or through my simple exercise videos. Our Exercise includes cross fit and functional movements which do not require special instruments and can be done at home/open space in minimum 30 mins. So it does not matter in which part of world you stay, we can always connect as along you commit to stick to the plan. We have clients from different time-zones and the association is working well.
