Our mind has a tendency to run to the future. Planning, thinking of all possible outcomes and always worried about it. In this process we forget about what we have in the present or what we feel in the present.

But life is happening right here right now so let a future goal be a point sometime ahead and practice, keeping your mind and your body together in the present and let time move through you. Let the future goal come to you instead of you running behind it.
