Sahasrara Chakra!
Dhyana is the first step towards activating the seven chakras of our body. In our speedy and stressful lifestyle, little do we pause and connect with ourselves to open up the channels to divinity. With Dhyan, each chakra in our body activates itself to reach a stage of awareness and enlightenment.
Sahasrara is the seventh chakra which is located on the crown. This chakra helps in connecting our energies with the divine forces which further help in reaching a blissful mind space. This chakra is mostly depicted with a magical purple colour which is the colour of creativity, awareness and enlightenment!

Dhyana, or Samadhi mudra, is the hand gesture that promotes the energy of meditation, deep contemplation and unity with higher energy.The circling of energy created by the triangle (formed when the thumbs of the two hands touch) also promotes a cleansing of any impurities on an etheric level. Just by looking at this Buddha hand gesture (let alone practicing it!) one can connect to the energy of deep peace and serenity. Meditation room or the centre of the home or study is the best feng shui placement for a Buddha with the Dhyana Hand gesture!
