Hi Guys!! I'm turning 31 today, and truth be said it’s just another number!!

But since everyone has made it so special I'd like to share a super special note to all my lady friend's out there...
You are perfect just the way you are!! You have done everything right to come so far!! You couldn't have done it any better and there are so many people out there who want to be what you are...you can trust me on that one!!
Because the idea of perfection is quiet different for all of us, I can say this with absolute faith that striving to be what anyone else is, will only make you unhappy and resentful and who wants that anyways...

The only one you want to compete with is the current version of you...
Let's acknowledge that. Let's applaud that. Lets nurture and nourish that to be in perfect harmony with ourselves for no one knows our struggles better than us.
So much love to all of you. Take care of yourselves and keep rocking...
You are beautiful just the way you are!!

For whatever reason you are taking Apple Cider Vinegar, NEVER TAKE IT RAW!❌
Always dilute it with water and then have it✅
2nd rule: Never drink it directly. If you do, some of you must have noticed chapped lips and tooth sensitivity. That’s because the acid can erode your tooth enamel which is not good for long time usage. Always drink with a glass or a steel straw.
I prefer having it before my main meals to help digest and break down the food better. Also, helps with insulin sensitivity.

Are you among the ones who like to consume Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) for better digestion, or for better insulin sensitivity? It sure is a good idea. But I have seen many take ACV just like that which is absolutely wrong and harmful.
The only right way to have it is by diluting it & having it using a steel straw and here’s why: Having it raw can actually harm your teeth & esophagus as the acid can cause a lot of corrosion and irritation❎
You can have it in the morning or before meals whatever suits your body better.

Ever heard of the term Hypochlorhydria? If not, then let us break it down for you…
Hypochlorhydria or Low HCl refers to the deficiency of stomach acid, which means one can’t possibly digest and absorb the food properly. Undigested food in your GI Tract can cause numerous long & short-term problems💊 In my practice, this has usually been the main cause of most acidity and bloating issues. Causes of low stomach acid have been mentioned in the previous video so do check it out if you haven’t. There are lab tests available in the US, but not in India to test low stomach acid.
But there is one simple thing that you can do to test low stomach acid at home with this baking soda test, and if the result is positive, then you can follow up with us. We'd be glad to help you through it🏥

Protein Sources (Desi Meals Edition)
Today’s post is focused on increasing your protein intake in day-to-day Desi Meals. Here are few ideas on how you can do it:
1. Add crumbled paneer to your soups/khichdi✅

2. In Poha/Upma add some sprouts.✅

3. Choose greek yogurt/ hummus with veggie sticks/roasted chana as your snacks.✅

4. Add Sattu to your chaas or raita.✅

5. Choose breakfast options like moong chilla/besan chilla/moong chaat✅
It’s always recommended to eat a meal with plenty of protein as our body uses protein to build and repair muscles/bones and even to make enzymes.

But remember, if you can't digest protein, you have an underlying gut issue and if you keep on having a high protein diet on that, it's not going to work. Solve your gut issue first and then slowly add protein.

Craving for sugar is sometimes normal but it can often mean something serious as well🤷‍♀️
Today , we are listing down for you some reasons which might cause you to crave sugar in excess on a daily basis-
✨Candida: If in addition to your persistent sugar cravings, you are experiencing excess fatigue, bloating, GI irregularities, moodiness, and brain fog, you could be experiencing candida overgrowth. Since yeast thrives off of sugar, it will be telling your body to eat more to help it thrive and stay alive.

✨High Stress: prolonged stress increases your cortisol levels, releasing higher levels of glucose into the bloodstream, and causing insulin sensitivity. To settle these energy spikes, you crave a quick source of fuel- sugar.

✨Poor Gut Health: Similar to candida, the bacteria in your gut could be dictating your cravings for sweetness. When we eat a diet high in processed oils, carbs, & sugars, we are feeding certain types of bacteria, and killing off others. This wreaks havoc on digestion & compels you to continue feeding them sugar.

✨Not Enough Fuel: If your body is not getting as many nutrients as it needs throughout the day, it will likely be craving an energy source to keep everything up and running!

✨Poor Sleep: When we get lower quality sleep, it can be harder for our bodies to recognize hunger cues, leading to overeating of sugary foods throughout the day.
