I practice Ashtanga yoga and teach different kind of Yoga classes (Power, Ashtanga, Hatha) in Bahrain. I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training through the Shambhava School of Yoga (registered with Yoga Alliance). I have decided to create this page to share my experiences and passion for Yoga and hopefully inspire you to start practicing one day :)…

A year since Sharath Jois left us, yet his presence is in every breath, every practice, every count.
My path in Ashtanga carries his voice and his love for this method.
He was always so kind and understanding with the mothers and the kids — patient, warm, and real.
I miss him, but I keep showing up — teaching, practicing, keeping his light alive...
