Chronic kidney disease (CKD)
Chronic kidney disease, also called chronic kidney failure, involves a gradual loss of kidney function. Your kidneys filter wastes and excess fluids from your blood, which are then removed in your urine. Advanced chronic kidney disease can cause dangerous levels of fluid, electrolytes and wastes to build up in your body.

Bell's palsy (facial palsy)
Bell's palsy is a condition that causes sudden weakness in the muscles on one side of the face. Often the weakness is short-term and improves over weeks. The weakness makes half of the face appear to droop. Smiles are one-sided, and the eye on the affected side is hard to close.
Symptoms of Bell's palsy come on suddenly and may include:
•Mild weakness to total paralysis on one side of the face — occurring within hours to days.
•Facial droop and trouble making facial expressions, such as closing an eye or smiling.
•Drooling.
•Pain around the jaw or pain in or behind the ear on the affected side.
•Increased sensitivity to sound on the affected side.
•Headache.
•Loss of taste.
•Changes in the amount of tears and saliva produced.
For more information and management please contact us!
Thanks.

Coronary artery disease (CAD)
Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a narrowing or blockage of your coronary arteries, which supply oxygen-rich blood to your heart. This happens because, over time, plaque (including cholesterol) buildup in these arteries limits how much blood can reach your heart muscle.
Symptoms
When your heart doesn’t get enough arterial blood, you may experience a variety of symptoms. Angina (chest discomfort) is the most common symptom of CAD. Some people describe this discomfort as:
chest pain, heaviness, tightness, burning, squeezing.
Other symptoms of CAD include:
pain in the arms or shoulders, shortness ofbreath, dizzines, sweating, dizziness
The risk factors for coronary artery disease:-
High LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol, high blood pressure, family history, diabetes, smoking and obesity. In men, the risk increases after age 45. In women, the risk increases after 55.
