The eatwell plate shows that to have a healthy, balanced diet, people should try to eat:
* plenty of fruit and vegetables plenty of starchy foods, such as bread, rice, potatoes and pasta.
*some meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein.
*some milk and dairy foods just a small amount of food and drinks that are high in fat and/or sugar

Eat foods rich in calcium and iron.

Calcium – is important for bone health especially for infants, women and girls.

Iron – carries oxygen around the body and is especially important for women, girls, vegetarians and athletes to reduce the risk of anemia.

we should include a range of nutritious foods and eat :

1) plenty of breads and cereals (particularly wholegrain), fruit, vegetables and legumes (such as chickpeas, lentils and red kidney beans low-salt foods, and use salt sparingly small amounts of foods that contain added sugar reduced-fat milk and other dairy products.

2) It is also important to drink an adequate amount of water.
