I had a wonderful time presenting a one-day career guidance seminar for a diverse group of Christian youth from various churches organized by CNI. It was inspiring to see their passion, faith, and ambition burning bright. We explored how their values can align with their career choices, and how their unique talents can serve a greater purpose. Adv Christus Phillips also covered the topic 'Goal-setting'. Feeling energized by the future leaders of the Church!

Sometimes, it's hard not to feel a little low when we scroll through our feeds and see everyone's highlight reels. It's like everyone is in a perpetual state of winning, shining, and thriving... except us. But here's the thing: every picture, every post, is just a snapshot. A single, glittering moment amidst the chaos of real life. 💫

Remember, comparison is the thief of joy! It's easy to feel like we're falling behind or not measuring up when we compare our behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reel. But what if we told ourselves a different story? It is important to recognize that we're all on this journey together, each of us fighting our own battles, celebrating our own victories, big and small!

Let's choose to celebrate our uniqueness, our struggles, our resilience. Let's remember that growth happens in the in-between, in the messy, in the real. 🌿🌺

So next time you're scrolling and that familiar feeling starts to creep in, pause. Take a deep breath. Remember that you are enough, exactly as you are. Your journey is yours alone, and it is beautiful, valuable, and worth celebrating! 😄🌟

is truly humbling to be awarded the Change Maker Award 2022 by Nagpur First , for my work and contributions in the field of Mental health and Human development.To know that I am part of a larger collective people making positive changes in our society is both inspiring and encouraging. I am grateful to be in a position to make a difference, and to create something that can have a lasting, meaningful impact. I would like to share this recognition I have received with the other individuals and groups working tirelessly to make our society a better place for everyone.
Together, we can create a brighter future for all.
