This month group Meditation was unique as it was the start of the New Year 2022 and while arranging the sound bowls before the meditation I just placed them in a circular position as shown above in the pics. When clients started coming, it just came to my mind to tell them to lie with their heads towards the Bowls and form a circle. While making them ready for the session, intuitively i said we are going to welcome this year with new energy, new zeal and thus this Surya formation. What is Surya?
Surya is the main source of energy and light. The planet Sun is the most powerful among all other planets. The structure of sun is layered so is our emotions, tensions, stress, worries. The Sound session went for 45 mins and after session there was calm, peace and relaxed energies. Oh yes! Energies can't be expressed or articulated but can be felt very easily...
