In yoga, we don’t just notice our habits — we learn to take responsibility for them.
Through svadhyaya (self-reflection), yoga helps us understand ourselves deeply, not only to gain knowledge, but to create real change in our life.
Whenever we feel stuck in the same patterns, the same emotions, or the same situations, we should pause and ask:
Am I allowing this by not choosing differently?
Every breath we take on the mat is a decision.
To stay the same or to grow.
To react or to respond.
To ignore or to become aware.
If we keep accepting what hurts us, we are silently saying yes to it.
Yoga does not force transformation,
but it gently shows us the truth.
We are not here to live unconsciously.
We are here to wake up, choose again, and move forward with awareness
