Mrs Sunanda Sable visited us for post operative TKR rehab for her left knee. She was planning TKR for right knee after a few months. That time we explained to her about the Importance of Prehab program. She agreed and took a few Prehab sessions before her Right TKR, And this time after operation (Post TKR)her muscle strength was good, postoperative Pain, Swelling & Joint Stiffness was less, and she recovered quickly.
The patient was aware about her postoperative physiotherapy & exercises that also helped her in recovery.

Mr Sanket Borse visited our clinic with a shoulder injury after a gym workout. After clinical examination and diagnosis we designed a rehab program for him . In a few physiorehab sessions, his pain subsided and strength & function improved. We advised him to continue with the home exercise program for complete recovery.

Patient education about the condition and Home exercise program (HEP) is a integral part of physiorehab.

The patient had visited us with a severe back and inability to do any movement at the lower back. After a few sessions of physio rehab she back mobility & strength ,Stability improved. Movements were pain free.
