One of male pt of mine was having severe anemia as his haemoglobin was detected 5 .Having multiple complaints like anorexia, nausea vomiting, no desire to eat food ,no will to do anything. Since 6months he was suffering with all complaints and lastly his Hb decreased to 5 with wt reduced to 66kg and started vertigo, dullness
