पहले लोग कहते थे, घर का खाना खाओ ठीक रहोगे, अब कोरोना के वक़्त सब घर का ही खा रहे हैं लेकिन अब भी वही हाल है बल्कि थोड़ा और बेकार।
दाल रोटी तक भी ठीक था, लेकिन अब जलेबी, छोले भटूरे, मिठाईयां इत्यादि भी ख़ूब बनाई जा रही हैं।
याद रखिए insulin resistance सबसे बड़ा कारण है ज़्यादातर बीमारियों की चपेट में आने का।
अगर आपका मोटापा बढ़ रहा है या अगर आप मोटे हैं, इसका सीधा मतलब है कि आप insulin resistant हैं या उसकी तरफ़ बढ़ रहे हैं।
अगर अपने बच्चे की जवानी बर्बाद होते नहीं देखना चाहते तो आज से जुट जाएं, वरना आपकी बेवकूफ़ हरकतों का ख़ामियाज़ा उसे और उसके बच्चों को भी भरना पड़ेगा।

Diabetes is one of the driving factor of all other major diseases viz, unregulated blood pressure,kidney failure, heart attack, cataract, multi organ failure etc to name a few.
