Mr Jain 49/M came with AC (acromioclavicular) joint arthritic pain and Bicipital tendinitis problem having persistent pain since 1 year. His morning was started with pain and stiffness and night sleep was also disturbed after 3:00 pm. He had taken 5 sitting at H2S physiotherapy centre and final sitting after one month at that time he was perfectly fine ,doing his yoga and daily exercises .

During covid we wanted a patients to visit clinic as less as possible therefore we adapted our protocols for the name in which we developed
“ Accelerated Shoulder Rehabilitation “ for stiff and painful shoulder with different causes
With Minimal visits to our centre & Maximal emphasis on
“Performance and Final Functional Outcomes “ of patient through well selected exercise regime.
In last 1 year we treated 143 such shoulder cases.
Our unique accelerated rehabilitation program shows good outcomes in just 2 weeks . It has been found in our data that
-74.3% cases get rehabilitated in 2 weeks
-18.6% 5-7 weeks
-6.3% 8-12 weeks with difficulty in achieving last range,
-0.8% marginal outcomes between 10-20% in 2 weeks so not carried further conservatively.

Dequervian can be treated conservatively in initial stage. Treatment approach with tendon gliding, manual therapy, electro therapy and progressive strengthening with our treatment regime shows good clinical outcomes.
