Throat Cancer–Related Warning Signs You Should Never Ignore

1.Persistent Hoarseness (More Than 2–3 Weeks)
A constant change in voice or hoarseness may indicate early cancer affecting the vocal cords.

2.Chronic Throat Pain or Irritation
Continuous throat discomfort, especially when swallowing, can be an early red flag.

3.Difficulty Swallowing (Dysphagia)
Trouble swallowing food or feeling like food is “stuck” could signal a tumor in the throat or food pipe.

4.Unexplained Lump in the Neck
Swollen lymph nodes or any persistent neck lump should be evaluated immediately—often a key sign of throat cancer.

5.Unexplained Weight Loss
