A farmer, Bhagwan Binoji Borde, who belong to a small town aapadgaon near Aurangabad represents a common person of India. But here he has an uncommon story to tell.
He is suffering from Kidney problem & has been waiting for kidney replacement since 10 years. He has to go through Dialysis at least twice or thrice a week. He has crossed a mark of 1000 dialysis now...

Bhagwan Borde is under Dialysis centre since 2008. Such patients who need repetitive dialysis, have high probability of developing complications and there is high incidence of death also in such patients.

Mr Borde says with affirmation that "Dr Hedgewar Hospital's Dialysis Dept. have elongated my life to a big length ". Of course beating to this critical issue have got many reasons to tell.

The Department has Brilliant and focused Cardiologist Dr Mahesh Deshpande who was in Aurangabad till his MBBS. He completed his M.D. in Medicine from B J Medical College , Pune and DNB in Cardiology from Care Hospital, Hyderabad. Post DNB he worked in Hyderabad for an year and later joined Dr Hedgewar Hospital, Aurangabad. Let's go through one of his many successful stories happened recently, on a critical and risky note.

Shantanu Joshi was a student suffering from uneven Blood Pressure. Causing this, he had Heart Decease since childhood. This was seconded by various Organ malfunctions, Headache, pain while walking while and many. This may have caused him Heart Attack in future.After various checkups and advuces in many hospitals fron Mumbai to Hyderabad, his family brought him to Dr Hedgewar Hospital in Aurangabad. Looking to his yound age and financial background, hospital decided to follow their principles towars the needy petients. Some contribution by Chief Minister's fund and rest was bourn by hospital to solve the financial trap.

This operation was not like usual Angeoplasty. There was a big risk of rupturing of Main Artery. Also needed to use a simple stent.But Dr. Mahesh Deshpande is experienced in such critical procedures so decided not to give up at all. y. This resulted in successful operation by Dr Mahesh Deshoande irrespective of all the critical conditions.

Today we are going to know about a special department of Dr Hedgewar Hospital which that is very important when it is needed, but at other times it is not very visible. Of course, the work of this department is continuously going on for 12 months, 24 hours. This department, which is constantly prepared for an emergency, is a blood bank.

Putting faith in this ideology, we started a project for the upliftment of adolescent girls in the slum centres, under the Kishori Vikas Prakalp. This initiative intended to fight against child marriage, illiteracy and improve healthcare for them.

(and u see our wards se thoda revision. .) How will you differentiate between various hospitals when most are legally charitable? I think, purpose of charity is evident by actions. What we did at Hedgewar Hospital at Aurangabad in India is out of 268 beds majority (75%) are dedicated for General ward patients so that maximum no of poor patients are benefitted..! our wards are thoughtfully designed catering to every comfort required to the patients and the visiting family members.
