🧿in as many ways I can say, I will. The music, meditation and silence become sweeter with considerable amount of sadhana.

It is in sādhana… done quietly, consistently, over years… sometimes decades… until it starts shaping your very samskāras.

There is a reason the Yoga Sutras speak of chitta vritti nirodhah — the settling of the fluctuations of the mind.
Not as a concept. Not as a performance.
But as a state of being.

And that state is not achieved overnight.
Not in a few weeks.
Not even in a few ā€œformative yearsā€ of practice.

It takes a kind of honesty that is uncomfortable.
A kind of observation that cannot be skipped.
A kind of inner witnessing that cannot be faked.

Because real spirituality is rarely about appearing spiritual.
It reveals itself in your character.
In your integrity.
In your value system.
In how aligned you are with your own truth.
In how deeply you take responsibility for yourself.

This path is not performative.
And that is why it remains inaccessible to many who claim it the loudest.

You cannot quantify it with degrees.
You cannot contain it in certifications.
You cannot package it into something neat and sellable.

Because this space is subtle. Sensitive. Alive.
It refuses to be reduced into something concrete.

And in the end, what speaks is not what you say…
but the Ojas and Tejas that arise from your presence that can indicate something

Sitting here watching the sunset…

and I can feel my breath -slower, deeper on the exhale.

It’s like I’m finally able to register how fleeting a moment really is.
The waves, the light, the sun going down… it’s all just passing.

And somewhere inside, something has shifted.

It feels like… whatever I had to do in this season, I’ve done it.
Not that everything is complete ;there are always things open -
but internally, something has been checked off.

That’s the harder list anyway.

And right now, in this moment, I just feel… content.
With where I am. With how things have unfolded.

And there’s this quiet permission coming from within
to just sit here and be.

Not think about steps.
Not think about workouts.
Not think about what I ate or didn’t do.

Just… this.
Just these last few sunsets before I leave.

There’s no heaviness,
but there is reflection.

And these tears come…
and I don’t even know what they are for.

I had to re shoot and upload a new video of this sheerly cos of the last video I uploaded went viral and after a while the algorithm pushed it to to such non aligned section of internet.

More on this later. But for now, enjoy the slow version of dhurandhar Phir se - Veena part

The deepest hard work is often invisible.

It’s the discipline no one applauds.
The healing no one witnesses.
The nights you chose growth over comfort.
The boundaries you held when it was easier to give in.

Be kind to yourself. Be proud of yourself.
Because the truest work you’ve done, the world may never fully see.

And the same is true for others.

When you look at someone living their dream life, you are only seeing the result, not the years of devotion, doubt, courage, and inner transformation it took to get there.

So instead of shrinking them with judgment or jealousy, expand yourself with curiosity.

Ask, what did they commit to? What did they choose differently?

Success is rarely luck.
It is built, quietly, consistently, and often in solitude.

Honor that, in yourself and in others.

Somewhere along the way, relationships became… lightweight.
Quick attraction, quick validation, quick exits.

In a culture that prioritises being liked, depth quietly disappears.

Because liking is easy.
It asks for charm, chemistry, a good moment.

Respect is different.
It asks for consistency.
For discipline.
For emotional maturity.
For the ability to hold another human being with awareness, not convenience.

And that’s why so much of modern dating feels unsatisfying…
it feeds the need to be liked, but starves the need to be truly respected.

People who value depth aren’t asking for more…
they’re simply wired for something real.

What do you feel is missing more today—liking or respect?

ā€˜ Phir se’ from has been so haunting for so many reasons. One being its emotive excellence being at its peak with lyrics, music and performance.
As a healer and Coach, when I work with my clients, this part of embodiment of their emotions is so important for me to help them go through.

Here is an attempt of the instrumental part of this masterpiece.

🧿
Phir se…

Just when you think you’ve healed…
it returns.

A song, a memory, a moment—
and suddenly, the heart feels it all over again.

Not as chaos…
but as a soft, unexpected ache.

And for a second you wonder—
ā€œWhy is this still here?ā€

But maybe…
some emotions are not meant to be erased.

They visit.
They pass through.
They remind you of how deeply you once felt.

This isn’t going backwards.
This is the tenderness of being human.

Where even after time…
the heart still remembers how to feel.

And there is a strange beauty in that—
that you can hold the pain now
without losing yourself in it.

So yes… phir se.
But this time,
with awareness…
with space…
with grace.
