You can eat healthy and still not see results ?
It’s not just about what you eat but how you balance your plate! 🍽️

Top plate:
🍚 Rice + Kadhi only → Low in protein, less fiber, higher in carbs.
⚠️ Healthy, but not balanced and high in calories

≈ 520 kcal | 10g protein | 90g carbs

Bottom plate:
🍚 100g Rice + Karhi + Paneer + Veggies → Adds protein + fiber + micronutrients
✅ Keeps you full longer + stabilizes blood sugar → supports weight loss
