Health Mantra

Health Mantra Promoting Good health practices in simplest way is the primary objective of this page. Its not just a page but a helping hand, a guide for good health

The objective of this page is to make people healthy. And if you are healthy you will become wealthy and wise for sure. The word health means different things to different people, depending on the situation. If somebody says "I was worried about my husband's health when he climbed Mt. Everest", it is clear that the woman is referring to her husband's physical health, possibly his heart, skin (frostbite) and risk of developing hypothermia (when the body's temperature drops too low. On the other hand, if you hear the phrase "With all these deadlines, presentations and working weekends, I wonder what the effect will be on her health," most likely the word "health" refers more to mental health than physical health (although the two are often linked). In this forum we are going to focus on both physical and mental health. We are not going to prescribe any medicine but going to focus on preventive measures to avoid falling sick. So wait for my Health teaser notifications in your notification list every day. Stay Healthy!!!!

Your eye doctor won’t tell you this…
because this costs ₹0.
Your eyes are not failing
Your nervous system is overloaded
And no eye drop can fix that
There are pressure points in your hands
connected to your head and eye pathways
When you press them + slow your breath
You shift your body from stress mode → repair mode
That’s when eye strain reduces naturally
Not magic
Not instant cure
Just your body working the way it was designed
Try it for 5 minutes today
before you reach for your next eye drop.

We’ve been told gut health is about digestion.
This story proves… it’s much more than that.
A woman struggling with severe IBS tried an extreme solution — f***l microbiota transplant (FMT), where gut bacteria from another person is introduced into your body.
Her digestion improved.
But then something unexpected happened.
She started getting acne — similar to her donor.
Still manageable… so she changed the donor.
And this time, it got worse.
She began experiencing symptoms of depression, closely matching her partner’s mental health patterns.
When she switched back to the original donor, her mental state improved.
Now pause.
This is not coincidence.
This is the gut–brain axis.
Your gut and brain are constantly communicating through nerves, hormones, and chemical messengers.
Your microbiome can influence:
• mood
• anxiety
• hormone balance
• skin health
• cravings
• even behavioral patterns
This is why two people eating the same food can feel completely different.
And this is also why blindly following gut trends can be risky.
Because your gut is not just a system.
It’s a living ecosystem.

Ayurveda never tried to replace your gut.
It focuses on restoring your internal intelligence.
By working on:
• Agni (digestive fire)
• Ama (toxins / metabolic waste)
• Gut–mind balance
Through food, herbs, and daily rhythm.
No extreme interventions.
No borrowed biology.
You don’t need someone else’s gut.
You need your own gut working right.🙏🙏

Most women were never told about this phase.
Not in school.
Not at home.
Not even during regular health checkups.
So when it begins… it feels confusing.
You just feel “different” —
and you can’t really explain why.
These are some early signs I see very commonly:
• You feel more irritated or emotionally sensitive than before
• Your energy drops even without doing much
• You gain weight easily, especially around the abdomen
• Your sleep pattern starts getting disturbed
• Anxiety or overthinking increases suddenly
• Periods may still be regular… but something feels off
• Digestion becomes unpredictable (bloating, heaviness, gas)
And the hardest part?
You keep thinking —
“What’s wrong with me?”
Nothing is wrong.
This is your body entering perimenopause —
a natural phase… but one that needs understanding and support.
🌿 In Ayurveda, this is not ignored.
We look at: • hormonal shifts
• gut health
• liver function
• emotional balance
Because everything is connected.
When you understand this phase early…
you can actually support your body beautifully,
instead of struggling with it.
💛 I’m hosting a FREE session where I’ll explain this in a very simple, practical way.

Your fingers can give you energy faster than any energy drink…
and much cleaner.
Sounds unbelievable?
But this is exactly what Yogic science has been saying for centuries.

The real science behind this:
Your body doesn’t just run on food…
it runs on Prana (life force energy).
This prana flows through 72,000 nadis (energy channels).
But due to: • stress
• shallow breathing
• overthinking
• excessive screen time
👉 this flow gets disturbed
And that shows up as: • constant fatigue
• brain fog
• low motivation
• heaviness in body
⚡ What Shuddhi Mudra does (Actual mechanism):
“Shuddhi” = purification
When you form this mudra:
👉 Specific finger positions stimulate nerve endings
👉 These signals travel to the brain and influence the autonomic nervous system
👉 It shifts your body towards parasympathetic mode (rest + repair)
👉 Breath naturally slows down → improves oxygen efficiency
👉 Subtle energy pathways (nadis) start opening up
✨ Result:
Energy starts flowing again → you feel light, clear, and active
🚫 Why energy drinks don’t really solve it
They don’t create energy.
They stimulate your system temporarily.
But mudras work differently:
👉 They restore your natural energy flow
How to practice:
• Sit comfortably
• Hold Shuddhi Mudra
• Close your eyes
• Slow, deep breathing
• 5–10 minutes
Best time:
Morning OR whenever you feel drained
Truth most people miss:
If you constantly feel tired…
don’t just ask:
👉 “How do I get more energy?”
Ask:
👉 “Why is my energy not flowing?”
✨ Try this today… before your next energy drink.
And if you want to go deeper into
Mudra + Marma based healing,
that’s exactly what I work on in my sessions.

Not every ‘anxiety’ is in your mind.
Sometimes… it’s your blood sugar screaming for stability.
We skip meals, overload on carbs, live on chai…
and then blame our mind for feeling restless.
But here’s the truth:
Blood sugar spikes → insulin crash → cortisol rise → anxiety feeling
This is not overthinking.
This is physiology.
Fix your plate…
and watch your mind calm down.
Save and share this. Someone needs this today.

Most people think stress starts in the mind.
It doesn’t.
Stress begins in the nervous system.
When we are constantly under pressure, the body stays stuck in fight-or-flight mode.
This raises cortisol, increases heart rate, disturbs sleep and accelerates aging.
But the body also has reset switches.
One of them lies between the eyebrows, just above the bridge of the nose.
In Chinese medicine this point is called Yin Tang.
In Yoga it is linked to the Ajna (Third Eye) center.
In Ayurveda it corresponds to the Sthapani Marma, a powerful calming point for the mind.
When gentle pressure is applied here:
• Signals travel through the trigeminal nerve
• The brain activates the parasympathetic nervous system
• Heart rate slows
• Breathing becomes deeper
• Cortisol begins to drop
This is why many people feel immediate calmness when this point is stimulated.
Just 30 seconds of gentle pressure with slow breathing can help shift the body from
stress mode → healing mode.
Ancient healing systems understood this thousands of years ago.
Modern neuroscience is only beginning to explain why it works.
Your body already has powerful healing points.
You just need to know where they are.

Your earlobe might reveal clues about your heart health.
Look closely at your ear.
If you notice a diagonal crease running across the earlobe, it is sometimes referred to as Frank’s Sign.
Several medical studies have found an association between this crease and higher risk of coronary artery disease.
Why could this happen?
Because problems in micro-circulation and arterial health can affect both the heart arteries and small vessels in the ear tissue.
Important:
This sign does not mean a person definitely has heart disease, but it may be a useful signal to pay attention to cardiovascular health.
Our body often gives subtle clues long before serious disease develops.
❤️ Take care of your heart through
✔ good digestion
✔ balanced minerals
✔ stress management
✔ circulation-supporting lifestyle
Hidden Heart Signs Series – Part 1
Tomorrow I will share another surprising early sign of heart stress that most people ignore.

The strongest headache… can reduce in minutes.
And today I witnessed it again.
Our domestic help suddenly had severe migraine pain.
She couldn’t even open her eyes.
Poor thing didn’t even know the word migraine.
For her it was simply “bahut tez sar dard.”
Most people in such cases immediately take a painkiller.
But instead of that, I stimulated a few Ayurvedic Marma points around the head and temples.
And within 5 minutes, her pain reduced drastically.
She herself couldn’t believe it.
The Science Behind It
In Ayurveda, the head region contains powerful Marma points like Shankha, Sthapani and Apanga.
These are junctions where nerves, blood vessels, muscles and prana (vital energy) meet.
When these points are gently stimulated:
• Blood circulation in the head improves
• Nervous system begins to calm down
• Tension around temples and scalp releases
• Excess Vata in the head region begins to settle
Modern science explains this through nerve modulation and vascular relaxation, which can significantly reduce migraine intensity.
This is why many traditional Ayurvedic physicians used marma therapy for headache relief long before modern painkillers existed.
The human body has built-in healing switches.
Ayurveda simply knew where they are.
If you or someone in your family is suffering from migraine pain, please don’t ignore it.
At Triaanyas, we work with Ayurveda, marma therapy and gut correction to address the root cause.
Suffering from migraine?
You are welcome to come to Triaanyas.
We will definitely try our best to help you.

This ancient marma knowledge can save a life.
90% people do this wrong when someone faints.
The first reaction most people have is to sprinkle water on the face.
But according to Marma Vidya, there are powerful reflex points on the body that can stimulate Prana and alertness pathways.
Two such important marma points are:
Under the nose (Nasagra region)
Press firmly for 5–10 seconds
Center of the palm (Talahridaya marma)
Press firmly on both palms
Stimulation of these points may activate nerve reflexes connected with alertness and breathing, which is why traditional healers sometimes used them during fainting episodes.
⚠️ Important:
This is supportive first-aid knowledge, not a replacement for emergency medical care.
If someone faints, always ensure proper medical attention.
Save this reel. One day it may help someone
