Planning a baby?
Start with knowing your numbers first.

Before you conceive, these blood tests can give you a clear picture of your health and help avoid complications later:

• HbA1c – to check your blood sugar control
• Thyroid panel – because thyroid imbalance can affect ovulation & pregnancy
• Hemoglobin & Ferritin – to rule out anemia and low iron stores
• Vitamin D – essential for hormone balance and implantation

And yes… there are more important tests depending on your history and symptoms.

Preconception care is not optional, it’s powerful. A healthy pregnancy begins before those two pink lines.

Comment “FERTILITY” and I’ll share the complete list with you.

Wow… not even milk packets are safe anymore?

Recent testing on a very popular milk brand & the one almost every household orders, reportedly found harmful toxins and even E. coli bacteria. This is honestly alarming.

We often assume packaged milk is 100% safe because it’s easily available and widely used. But contamination can happen due to improper handling, storage, processing, or supply chain issues. And when it comes to something we consume daily, especially children and elders and that’s why we cannot ignore this.

As a nutritionist, I always say: be mindful of what you consume daily, not just occasionally.

If you’re looking for alternatives, here are my most recommended switches:

• Almond milk
• Cashew milk
• Pistachio milk

These plant-based options can be easier to digest for many people, are naturally lactose-free, and can be a great addition to smoothies, coffee, oats, or even regular chai (choose unsweetened versions).

However, always read labels carefully. Go for clean ingredients, no added sugars, and fortified options if you rely on milk for calcium or vitamin D.

Your health is your responsibility. Stay aware. Stay informed. Don’t ignore what goes into your body every single day.

Save & share this with others to spread awareness!

As a nutritionist, I did like this viral recipe ✨
But I also shared my perspective on how to make it less calorie-dense and more blood sugar–friendly.

A simple tweak can make a big difference —
✨ Add a spoon of mixed seeds on top to slow glucose spikes
✨ Improves fibre, healthy fats & satiety
✨ Helps avoid sudden high blood sugar levels

Small changes = smarter meals 💚
Watch till the end to see the nutritionist-approved version.
