Global Business Forum GBF is an IIT Bombay Alumni Association initiative committed to interactions, insights and impacts through innovative technology and business.

Global Business Forum (GBF) is an initiative of the IIT Bombay Alumni Association (IITBAA). It aims at unlocking significant new business opportunities by bringing together the IIT Bombay community and governments, businesses, investors and trade organizations. GBF will drive the development agenda through transfer and sharing of knowledge and creating lasting partnerships that foster innovation and entrepreneurship. It will work around the year to showcase innovative technology and products in eight distinct Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that include Energy, Education & Skill Development, Healthcare, Environment (Water), Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Information & Communication Technology and Make-in-India (Manufacturing). Each SIG has been created to add synergy and address the larger issues affecting India as a nation. The yearlong interactions will culminate in the first annual, exclusive, by-invitation-only event, which will be held between 16 and 18 October 2015 at the scenic beach capital of Goa. 1500 eminent global IITB alumni, faculty, students, researchers, policy makers, bureaucrats, investors, entrepreneurs, chief technical officers, top industrialists, central cabinet ministers and chief ministers will attend GBF 2015. Register Today on iitbaa-gbf.com/gbf2015. To know more, contact GBF on 022 2576 7019 or write to iitbaagbf@iitbombay.org
