There are three tools used for inner transformation in Yoga; MYT- Mantra , Yantra and Ta**ra.
Mantra is repetitions of words which help you to calm your mind. The conscious mind understands words, hence in order to stop the chattering of mind and different thoughts we recite mantras so that there is stoppage of the chattering of the mind and now the mind is left with only the words from the mantra.
Yantra means symbols. A guru or master charges those symbols with their energy and gives it to you to meditate upon. So, what will happen with that? When there is a tsunami of emotions then, this yantra will keep you centered and not get drowned with your emotions.
The final touch is given through Ta**ra. There are various techniques, tools and ceremonies which are taught in ta**ra to manage your emotions. Ta**ra deals with the Heart centre. Your emotions and ways of relating to people. Not just to your boyfriend or husband but towards everyone. Every human triggers certain emotions in you. Every human is working as a mirror for you. In that mirror your own image is being reflected. If you are angry with someone, then you are just mirroring your anger in other people. All emotions like anger and love are just reflected in the mirror of the other person.
