जागतिक आरोग्य दिना निमित्त टेक माय केअर चा उपक्रम

दिनांक ७ एप्रिल रोजी जागतिक आरोग्य दिन साजरा होत आहे. या निमित्त टेक माय केअर या संस्थेने बालकांच्या लसिकरणाबद्दलचा उपक्रम चालू केला आहे. आपल्या घराजवळील डॉक्टरांकडून माफक दरातील चांगल्या प्रतीची आरोग्य सेवा हे टेक माय केअरचे ब्रीदवाक्य आहे.

भारतीय "बालरोगतज्ञ संघटनेच्या" कोष्टका नुसार बालकांना जन्मत:, दोन महिने, चार, सहा, आठ, नऊ महिने, सव्वा वर्ष, दीड, दोन आणि पाच वर्षांच्या वयात रोगप्रतिबंधक लसी देणे अत्यावश्यक आहे. बालरोगतज्ञांचा असा अनुभव आहे की पालक लसीकरणाच्या तारखा विसरतात, त्यामुळे साथीच्या रोगांनी मृत्युमुखी पडणार्‍या बालकांची संख्या भारतात जास्त आहे. लसीकरण वेळच्या वेळी केल्यास रोगप्रतिकार शक्ती वाढतेच आणि आजार झाल्यास त्याची तीव्रता नक्कीच कमी होते. तसेच बालकाची वाढ योग्य प्रकारे होत आहे की कसे याची तपासणी करता येते.

लसीकरणाच्या तारखा विसरु नयेत यासाठी तारखांची आठवण करुन देण्यासाठी संस्थेतर्फे विनामुल्य एस. एम. एस पाठवण्यात येतील. नोंदणीसाठी ०९२४६३५६७६५ या क्रमांकावर फक्त खालील एस. एम. एस. पाठवायचा आहे.

त्यानंतर जन्मदिनांक विचारणारा एस. एम. एस. संस्थेतर्फे पाठवला जाईल, त्यामधे तारीख भरून पाठवायची आहे. आपल्या मोबाईल वर लसीकरणाच्या तारखेची आठवण करून देणारे एस. एम. एस वेळोवेळी पाठवण्यात येतील. त्यावेळी आपल्या डॉक्टरांकडे जाऊन लसीकरण करावे. ही सेवा संपूर्णपणे मोफत आहे याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी आणि सर्व पालकांनी याचा फायदा घ्यावा असे आवाहन "टेक माय केअर" तर्फे करण्यात येत आहे.

दिनांक ८ मार्च रोजी आंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिन साजरा होत आहे. या निमित्त टेक-माय-केअर प्रा. लि. या संस्थेने स्त्रियांच्या आरोग्यासंबंधी उपक्रम चालू केला आहे. "आपल्या घराजवळील डॉक्टरांकडून माफक दरातील चांगल्या प्रतीची आरोग्यसेवा" हे टेक-माय-केअरचे ब्रीदवाक्य आहे.

गर्भवती महिलांनी आपापल्या डॉक्टरांकडून वेळोवेळी तपासणी करुन घेणे गरजेचे आहे. महिलेचे ब्लड प्रेशर योग्य आहे ना, हिमोग्लोबिनचे प्रमाण ठीक आहे ना, गर्भारपणामुळे होणार्‍या डायबेटीसची सुरुवात आहे का, इत्यादी तपासण्या केल्या जातात तसेच बाळाची वाढ योग्य रितीने होत आहे की नाही हे समजते. त्याप्रमाणे उपाययोजना करता येतात. यासाठी त्यांना निरनिराळ्या तपासण्यांची आणि धनुर्वाताच्या लसीकरणाची आठवण करुन देण्यासाठी संस्थेतर्फे विनामुल्य एस. एम. एस पाठवले जातील. नोंदणीसाठी ०९२४६३५६७६५ या क्रमांकावर फक्त खालील एस. एम. एस. पाठवायचा आहे आणि विचारलेली माहिती अजून एक एस. एम. एस करुन पाठवायची आहे.

Hospital having minimum infrastructure and doctors qualified to perform procedure/s as required by the patient will be displayed as list of standardized hospitals which are in the network of takeMyCare. They can be filtered on area, charges in ascending order and rating given by previous patients in descending order.

Some hospitals may offer concessional charges depending on availability of beds from time to time. The charges may increase based on patients risk factors, as additional treatment may be required e.g. blood transfusion for anemia, insulin for diabetes and cardiac care for hypertension.

User is advised to enter basic information of patient along with investigation reports and get quotation from suitable hospital/s before entering into "takeMyCare contract" of pre-defined treatment for fees accepted by patient and provider. This will help to get good quality care at affordable hospital near your home..!!
