We've teamed up to bring you an exciting new series, curated with love by my dietician-bestie and me, for all you food lovers who care about health and balance!
With countless "health-focused" eateries popping up in Goa, we're here to share our honest opinions and expert suggestions on eating out while staying mindful of your well-being.

I’m back, reintroducing myself as your friendly dietician/nutritionist—with an exciting new chapter as a mommy! Yes, I’m slowly stepping back into my profession, and with that comes a renewed energy for sharing helpful content here on social media.

I’m still as passionate as ever about helping people lead healthier, more vibrant lives through personalized nutrition and practical lifestyle changes.

Becoming a mom has given me a deeper understanding of the practical aspects of nutrition, especially during the journey of motherhood—pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and post-pregnancy. I’m here to support those navigating this phase, offering guidance for both nutrition and the unique challenges that come with it.

Beyond pregnancy, I’m here for anyone looking to take charge of their health, no matter where you’re starting from.

While you got your Meal Plan covered by a qualified Dietician, healthy lifestyle changes plays an essential part when you start eating right.

Here’s Top 5 Lifestyle Tips to follow to reach your Health Goal much quicker than you know!💪🏽

1. EXERCISE REGULARLY
Exercise is a great way to improve your physical health and mental well-being. Make sure to get at least 45 - 60 minutes of exercise every day.

2. GET ENOUGH SLEEP!
Sleep is essential for good health. Make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

3. HYDRATE WELL
Water is essential for good health: For our skin, bones, brain, literally every organ in our bodily system depends on it. Make sure to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water and healthy beverages every day.

4. CUT OFF THE GATEWAY DRUGS
We all know smoking, drinking alcohol and other drug substances can have negative effects on our health. If you smoke, try to quit, and limit your alcohol intake. Drink responsibly and not for the sake of lessening your burden or causing havoc to others. Say no to any substance that could cause an addiction. Seek help before it takes over your life.

5. MEDITATE
Attempt to meditate for at 5 minutes daily. Over time it gets easier and easier to quiet the mind and embrace what you discover in the silence. Meditating helps in stress relief, but there's also a general sense of happiness and well-being.

As an athlete, it’s important to fuel the body with "nature's vitamin pills” that can be gained by simply consuming fruits. They’re definitely convenient and budget friendly snack we can depend on.

Few participants backed out on participating the Healthy Plate Contest. I deeply feel because of their high expectations to make a nutritious meal. But No! We Dieticians don’t expect a high profile meal for you to display for us to call it a nutritious meal but even a staple food as simple as dal-rice-vegetable would be absolutely fine to meet your daily nutrition. You don’t have to shy away from this meal just because this a social media platform 🤷🏽‍♀️ We will judge your meal based on your macros and micro nutrients nothing more or less! I hope you readers get my point 🙃

When it comes to the Gen Z group we look out for quick and easy yet smarter ways to make things work! That’s what I’ve seen in Lily’s cooking (yet not so-much cooking to do) style. She called these chocolate muffins “Shortcut Cupcakes” 😁
And to make this she has blended 2 bananas with a scoop of chocolate protein powder & a bar of dark chocolate. Refrigerated for about 30mins-1hour (overnight refrigeration will also do!) and the grab & go breakfast muffin is ready to kick start her day!

I love the way she has done it with no-added sugar and the easy to go attitude in prepping it up!

OMG! Omega-3! 😱
LeanWell turns 3!!🥳

It’s been another challenging year not just for me, but for all of us. The major shift from online to physical work post pandemic has given us another step to be wiser on our approach! And I’ve been busy with handful of nutrition projects, diet consultations, health camps, conducting sessions and activities, reaching out to small and major areas in the duty of nurturing and spreading nutrition awareness.

I’m so grateful to be able to reach out to those people who most needed and to those who wanted to take another step higher, be it in terms of Sports Nutrition, Combating Malnutrition, Attaining Healthy Body/Weight, Pre/during/ post Pregnancy Nutrition and correcting other Clinical health issues to a healthier lifestyle!

Hoping this year gives me more opportunity to grow more widely! And so I take this month of September to Giveaway as it also stands out to be the Nutrition Month.
