They might try yoga, mindfulness, or even a massage,

but for others giving the shelves a quick dust, wiping down the kitchen, or even organizing the closet is just as beneficial for their mental health as using a mindfulness app.

Clutter and mess can create more stress and anxiety, but by cleaning, organizing, and reducing the clutter, people are able to take control of their environment and create a more relaxing environment that helps them focus better on the more pressing issues in their lives.

🏵️If you’re mourning a loss of any kind, you don’t have to pretend you’re not hurt. Know that your feelings are real and valid.

🏵️If you’re missing the way things were, you don’t have to pretend you’re not sad. Know that your feelings are real and valid.

🏵️If you’ve been betrayed, disrespected, or violated in any way, you don’t have to pretend you’re not angry. Know that your feelings are real and valid.

Drop three *❤️❤️❤️* if you are ready for some self-love practice.

Well, some people find it hard to be kind to themselves because they don’t feel they deserve it.

Sometimes it seems easier to love others than to love yourself.

The most important lesson we can learn in life is to love ourselves, because the way we treat ourselves directly affects the way we treat others.

Practicing self compassion and being kind to yourself is not something that can be done overnight. Being kind to yourself means acknowledging the good in yourself and in your life; your strength, your blessings.

Start by learning to let go of negative personal judgments and replace them with positive and loving thoughts about yourself.

Criticizing yourself is never a good feeling, so try to stop negative conversations before they snowball and become a big problem in your mind.

🌸Hey we all showcase our happy moments, our moments of victory, and pride but fail to even express our low, sad and embarrassing moments.

Why is that? ?

Because we think that it’s a sign of weakness to express our low moments.

💫But in reality, it’s a sign of ultimate strength to recognize your overwhelming emotions and trying to just get through the day. I think that people who are dealing with a mental health problem and still managing to function normally are the ultimate heroes.

✨It takes the utmost courage to even talk about your weaknesses and accepting that its normal to feel low sometimes.

💫It’s okay to not be okay. You’re allowed to change your mind, to take a break or leave a situation you don’t feel comfortable in.

✨The journey of life is filled with ups and downs, which is what shapes us into the people we are. When you’re having a bad day or a good day, remember that people do care about you, you are here for a reason, and the world would not be the same without you.
