Principally, postural stability relies on a properly developed bodily structure, i.e. overall efficiency of nervous, osteoarticular , ligamentous, and muscular systems.
Bad posture can be caused by several factors:
1. Stress can cause bad posture by encouraging the body to curl inwards.
2. A working environment without ergonomic tools will contribute to bad posture
3. Pregnancy may lead to bad posture due to stretching abdominal muscles and destabilizing the core.
4. Weak postural and stabilizing muscles, like the core and back, contribute to poor posture from lack of use, as well as inflexibility.
5. Accident and lack of Nutrition Also causes Postural diformity
6. Wrong or Long time Habits also deforme posture.
7. High heels change the position of the foot and may affect balance.
From our Bottom to Top we are going to study of our health with reference to Postural awareness.
