Here is an amazing weight loss transformation journey .

Mr Nitin Khandbhor(Talegaon) joined our program 2.5 months before and followed our plan ( Personalised Meal,Live workout,Nutrition ,Weekly knowledge sessions,Weekly check up and more) and has lost amazing 8.3kg weight.

The best thing about this transformation is he also helped his wife ,brother and father to join our program and stay fit.

१० वर्षाचा होतो मी , तेंव्हापासून पंढरपुरात राहायला लागलो. १४ वर्ष आम्ही मठात राहीलो. मठामध्ये दररोज कीर्तन ,प्रवचन ,अभंग ,आरती हे कानावर पडत होते आणि कळत नकळत त्यांचे संस्कार मनावर घडत होते . संत ज्ञानेश्वर ,मुक्ताई यांच्याबद्दल मनात खूप भक्ती निर्माण झाली . तुकाराम महाराजांच्या आयुष्यावरील "हेचि दान देगा देवा " हे रवींद्र भट यांनी लिहिलेलं पुस्तक मी २००४ साली नववीत असताना वाचलं . तेंव्हापासून देहू पाहण्याची खूप ओढ होती . पण कधी असं वाटलं न्हवत कि मी देहूपासून १० किमी अंतरावर राहायला येईल . इथे आल्यावर या नदीच्या पाण्यासारखं मन अगदी शांत होतं . तसंही आजच्या वेगवान काळात मनाला शांत करणं खूप अवघड आहे. आठवड्यातून एखादा दिवस मी इथे येऊन स्वताशी संवाद करतो . खूप छान वाटत . काही जागेमध्ये एक चेतना असते . ती मला इथे जाणवते .

या शांत वातावरणात , उन्हाळ्यातल्या संध्याकाळी योगा करण्याचा योग्य जुळून आला .

How many times do we think about our True happiness? Rarely… isn’t it ?
Spending 30 mins everydays for what you love doing keeps us connected to what we are . I have always been in love with bollywood songs and keep singing them whenever I feel to . Our hobby is our mood booster and keeps our interest in life . We all love to done nor other thing but with the flow decided by society about life we discourage ourself and ignore what we truly love .
